All bookings, consultations, medical procedures, and payments for medical services are arranged directly between the patient and the relevant healthcare provider. Voyomed is not a party to any such agreement.

6. Medical Disclaimer

You should always:

• Seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have found on our website
• Consult your own doctor before travelling abroad for medical treatment

Voyomed makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or outcomes of any medical treatments or services provided by healthcare providers listed on our platform.

7. Healthcare Provider Listings

7.1 Listed Providers

Clinics, hospitals, and doctors listed on Voyomed are independent third parties. Voyomed does not employ, endorse, or certify any healthcare provider listed on the platform. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute a recommendation.

7.2 Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers who register on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and lawful information in their listings
• Hold all required licences, certifications, and accreditations required by applicable law
• Comply with all applicable medical, data protection, and consumer protection regulations
• Not use the platform to make false or misleading claims

7.3 Removal of Listings

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our discretion, including where we receive credible complaints or where a provider is found to be in breach of these Terms.

8. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient user, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about yourself and your medical needs
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a healthcare provider
• Make all necessary enquiries directly with the healthcare provider prior to booking
• Understand and accept the inherent risks associated with medical travel and treatment abroad
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence and the country of treatment

9. Fees and Payments

Access to and use of the Voyomed patient-facing platform is currently provided free of charge to patients.

Healthcare providers may be subject to listing or subscription fees as outlined in separate agreements. All such fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Voyomed is not responsible for any financial transactions between patients and healthcare providers. Any disputes regarding payments for medical services must be resolved directly with the relevant healthcare provider.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Voyomed website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software, is the property of Voyomed or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission
• Use any automated tools (e.g., scrapers or bots) to extract data from our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content to our platform, you grant Voyomed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You represent that any content you submit:

• Voyomed shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events arising from treatment received through providers listed on our platform
• Voyomed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services
• Voyomed's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Voyomed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100 if no payment has been made

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voyomed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the website or services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit to the platform
